A Table of D10 Dead Adventurers
Their reasons vary, their demises equally unique. Whatever happened, here they lie in the dungeon of your choice. Let's hope your players fare better.
d10 | Here lies... |
---|---|
1 | A skeleton with only a loincloth and an empty scabbard. The sword is missing. |
2 | A half-eaten corpse, rats gnawing at the carcass. The head rat living in its chest knows a secret about the dungeon. |
3 | A burly looking dead man, his pack torn open, smelling of rotten food. A cookbook about cooking monsters lies clutched in his hand. |
4 | A witch, her eyes and mouth scorched, forever screaming silently. Her bones marked with runes. |
5 | Someone in a shiny suit of stretchy fabric, their gauntlets adorned with strange buttons and knobs, a glass helmet on their bare skull. A beam emitter, long dead, lies in their hand, the batteries still able to hold a charge though. |
6 | A corpse of a thief, their body half turned into stained glass, dead when a bolt shattered their heart. |
7 | A woman clutching a large violet broken egg. Whatever was inside has long since hatched. |
8 | A musician, long reduced to bones, their fingers still strumming the six-necked lute though. |
9 | A woman, dead but phasing in and out of existence. Each time she phases back in, her attire changes but she always clutches the same weapon: A dagger of chromatic metal, and eternally dripping ichor. |
10 | Melvin. Rest in peace, you bastard. |
